Shipping and delivery policy

Orders are delivered in Pakistan to the available cities shown at checkout.

Delivery

Your delivery charge and any cash amount due to the courier are shown before you pay. Please check your address and phone number at checkout. Orders are prepared after the required payment and clinical checks, and delivered through a courier.

Estimated shipping time: 5 to 7 business days; remote areas can take up to 10 business days.

Problems or changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, or a parcel is damaged, wrong or missing, contact support as soon as possible. See the refund and cancellation policy for details.

Cancellation cutoff: you can cancel until your order is shipped, including on the day you pay.
